Tour Manager

Keystone, a division of Wildfire, is embarking on a nationwide mobile marketing tour.  We are actively seeking two experienced tour managers to execute 10 weeks of events.  This is a contract position for the period of approximately 6/26/17-9/25/17.


Keystone (a division of Wildfire) is kicking off a new nationwide mobile marketing tour.  We are looking for two experienced Tour Managers to flawlessly execute 10 weeks of events.  Each person will function as Tour Manager, and will also serve as a Brand Ambassador for our clients’ honey brand.  You will drive a food truck mobile marketing unit and activate in various U.S. markets.  This is a full-time, independent contractor position for the period of approximately 6/26/17 – 9/25/17.

  • Manage all aspects of program logistics and on-site execution
  • Contact, verify, and serve as on-site contact for all on-site partners
  • Routinely drive the equivalent of a 24’ truck as part of each days event
  • Interact with consumers at events
  • Comply with all DOT laws
  • Properly operate and maintain the vehicle and all tour elements
  • Set-up the event materials and strike of display at each venue
  • Ensure all event elements are present, functioning correctly and clean at each event
  • Represent Keystone and the client in an appropriate manner to the general public, media, sponsors, clients, venue management, and local vendors
  • Provide prompt event reporting within 24 hours of each event, including positive and constructive feedback to improve the events and photos
  • Communicate daily with Keystone
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client’s business and industry
  • Track the tour budget and element inventory
  • Complete all paperwork accurately on a weekly basis
  • Ensure all client goals and objectives are executed


  • 100% travel from approximately 7/1/17 – 9/21/17.
  • Spotless driving record (MVR)
  • Proven history of having the ability to drive, operate and manage the maintenance of a food truck or RV
  • Knowledge or experience working with generator and shore power systems to operate experiential displays
  • Prove successful experience in managing experiential campaigns
  • Possess ability to coordinate with multiple venues in various markets
  • Have superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate history of successful problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Identify and improve conflicts and difficult situations
  • Have keen eye for setting up an attractive display at each venue
  • Comfort in taking on a brand persona and becoming a character actor
  • Be able to set up large activation area
  • 21 years of age or older
