An Account Executive is an integral part of the Agency. The Account Executive takes ownership of their assigned responsibilities and is responsible for managing day-to-day efforts towards successful execution of brand/product Client goals. The Account Executive is resourceful in meeting challenges, responsive, willing to work hard to get the job done (and done right) and has a strong sense of responsibility. They show initiative, flexibility, attention to detail, passion for the business and willingness/eagerness to learn. Through it all, the Account Executive works well under pressure and maintains a positive attitude.
Execution
- Assumes responsibility for running the day-to-day operation of their assigned accounts
- Is proactive about generating business building ideas for both Client and the Agency
- Actively pursues new business
- Effectively utilizes Agency systems and procedures (opening jobs, billing, etc.)

- Manages billing and resolves discrepancies; assists with preparation of Agency forecast
- Prepares weekly status reports (internal/external)
- Ensures perfection in work that leaves the agency

Requirements/Qualifications
- Four-year college degree, preferably in a communications-related discipline (marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism)
- Alternatively, four-year college degree in unrelated discipline with 3+ years of applicable business experience
