How do you make palliative care palatable? Trellis approached Wildfire to transform its social media presence. The organization needed a strategy to increase awareness, visibility, reach, engagement, and their follower base within and outside of the counties where Trellis offices are located.

Communicate Compassion, Educate & Inform
Wildfire began by implementing a strategy that included posting more real-world stories, spotlights, and events to highlight the quality of the compassionate care that Trellis provides. We also introduced fresh content ideas to reduce repetition of posts, which had been resulting in ad fatigue.
We worked with the Trellis team to bring this strategy to life through ongoing organic social media support, including development of monthly content calendars, copywriting, publishing, and reporting. Trellis helps people deal with the challenges of aging and grief every day. Wildfire helps Trellis show their compassionate response every day, as well.

Growth in Meaningful Connections
Trellis focused its social media presence around two channels from 2022-2023: Facebook and Instagram. Through organic media with boosting support, Wildfire helped Trellis achieve unprecedented follower growth and engagement across channels.
