The financial services category represents an interesting contradiction. It’s an extremely personal topic for the individual, and yet (oftentimes) an extremely impersonal and corporate experience from a service and transaction perspective. Truliant approached Wildfire with a desire to leverage their digital and social media channels to greater effect with the goal that more people would trust Truliant for their very personal financial needs.

Integrate Organic and Paid Social
Wildfire began building a cohesive media strategy by creating a custom Social Media Playbook, including audience and channel strategy, content pillars, visual standards, paid social support, community management guidelines, and KPIs.
We then brought the strategy to life with ongoing execution including monthly content calendars, visual creative development, copywriting, publishing, community management, and reporting.
