Challenge

Building a DTC experience to match a growing brand 

GoodBelly recently updated its product line with prebiotic fiber and a refined visual identity. However, the digital platform did not scale with these brand improvements. The existing website was primarily informational and lacked direct-to-consumer (DTC) capabilities. A complex site structure created friction for users and hindered product discovery. To support their growth, GoodBelly required a high-performance ecommerce platform that simplified product science and enabled direct sales.

Solution

A Scalable, Accessibility-First Shopify Ecosystem

We executed a Shopify rebuild to move GoodBelly from a static site to a scalable ecommerce engine. By auditing the user journey and restructuring the sitemap, we created intuitive pathways from educational content to product discovery. The result is a high-performance digital experience that supports both retail fans and direct subscribers.

  • Technical SEO Excellence: We consolidated content and applied technical SEO best practices during development. This strategy improved search authority and ensured a smooth transition during the site launch.
  • Mobile-First Architecture: We optimized the entire shopping journey for mobile users. This ensures a responsive and thumb-friendly experience that maintains performance on all devices.
